Eco-Friendly Packaging

We believe in sustainability and responsible packaging. Our packaging boxes are made from recycled paper, helping us minimize environmental impact.

  • Each jewelry piece is individually wrapped for protection and multiple items may be packed together in a single box to reduce waste.
  • We are collaborating with NGOs that create handcrafted packaging boxes, which we will soon incorporate into our shipments.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within one working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details on your preferred contact details once the order is processed.
  • In case of any unforeseen delay, we will notify you immediately.

  • If there are any transit delays, we will keep you informed to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Delivery Timelines

Our PAN India delivery services ensure that your orders typically reach you within 3 to 15 working days, depending on your location.

If there are any unexpected delays due to operational issues, we will notify you promptly.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working towards expanding our services internationally and will share updates as soon as we start global deliveries.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

At present, we only accept prepaid orders. We are working on introducing COD services soon and will update the terms once available.
