Refund & Cancellation

At Arghyaa, we value your trust and strive to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and return policies carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only in the following cases:

1. If You Receive a Damaged Product

  • In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize.
  • You will need to return the damaged product to our return address at your own cost.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect and verify it along with the delivery status from our shipping partner.
  • If the return is approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit in the form of an Arghyaa Gift Card.

2. If You Receive the Wrong Product

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please return the incorrect item to our return address at your own cost.
  • Upon receiving the product, we will verify and process your return.
  • If the return is approved, we will issue a replacement or an Arghyaa Gift Card of equal value.

Refund & Store Credit Policy

  • Refunds are not available. Instead, we will issue a Gift Card equivalent to your order value, which can be used for future purchases on Arghyaa.
  • To compensate for the shipping cost you bear, we will add an extra ₹100 to your Gift Card for each approved return.
  • The Gift Card is valid for 45 days from the date of issue. If not used within this period, it will expire.
